It's study time. The lesson to discuss with my son was about pronouns, their nominative and objective forms. After explaining to him what these are, I immediately proceeded with a little rehearse test. This is just a simple topic though, but I just wanted to make sure.
My first question was, "What is the objective form of the pronoun I?"
"Me!"
"Good! What about the pronoun You?"
"Tube!"
"Whaaatt?" I snorted wearing a tiger smiley on my face.
"But I like youTube," he justified.
"I know, but that's not what we are talking about right now!Grrr..."
My patience was a bit piqued by that but I kept my cool. My son likes iPod too. Good thing it never crossed his mind, or his answer to my first question could have been disastrous already.

Haha. Kids these days are super hi-tech na, noh! They already know You Tube! My son loves You Tube too; one thing you know, you'd hear him laughing over stuff he's watching in You Tube. I guess kids are lucky in the way that information is just at the tip of their fingers these days.
@Dee: It's true. Ang swerti nga nila sa panahon ngayon. When, I was around five years of age, Ma bought me this small transistor radio with a leather jacket. Naku, super proud na ako dun, haha...
My son had asked me before to give him an iPod pag high school na siya. Ngayon, naloloko na sa kanyang PSP. Haay...masyado high maintenance ang mga bata ngayon, whew!
Ang kulit ng son mo ate, oo nga, buti hindi "pod" ang sagot nya sa first question mo.Hahaha :)) Good thing, super patient ka!
Ha ha, youTube! My niece (2 years old turning 3 this november) already knows how to youTube. Lagi akong may kaagaw sa computer sa bahay, :P
